We're located in the city of Pioneer Village, KY, in northern Bullitt County, just south of Jefferson County/Louisville Metro.

Countryside Enterprises, Inc. first began construction in 1998 on the community's namesake, Spring Meadow Drive. It continued until all units were sold on the east side of the street. Spring Leaf Court construction started next with Spring Trace Court, Spring Falls Court, and Spring Haven Court following. The housing phase was completed in late 2019 with all subdivision streets placed into the possession of the City of Pioneer Village, Kentucky.

All units of the community are deeded “fee simple” property.

On September 30, 2019, Countryside Enterprises called a meeting of the homeowners seeking a signed quorum to officially form a Homeowners Association. Subsequently, by January 31, 2020, the Spring Meadow Patio Homes Homeowners Association was legally formed. The Association's first quarterly meeting was held to conduct the recognition of transfer from Countryside Enterprises to the new Association with a duly elected Board of Directors on March 9, 2020.
